I totally disagree. I feel like FFNY is way better, though i do like Urban Reign. The fighting in FFNY feels more satisfying, but it wouldn't seem that great if you don't fully understand what to do.

Urban reign easily beats def jam ffny, more technical game, cooler moves, no yelling like crazy, challenging modes etc.

@@petardimitrijevic325 you're telling me there are cooler moves than jumping off of walls to KO someone, doing backflip kicks off someone who's on the ground, this video doesn't even show all of the amazing moves The interactions between the crowd/environnent and the fighters are also something great like doing wall grabs can resort to throwing someome out the window, getting a ring out or tossing someone in a subway similar to a Mortal Kombat game that was on PS2, you get weapons to KO and you can counter or reverse moves (it's universal) There's more to their screaming, like do you get mad when Goku screams to go Super Saiyan it's basically powering them up for them to do what is their supers, not to mention each fighter has a unique one that wouldn't even be basic screaming like Ludacris ("STAND UP") or Bless ("PLATINUMBERG") Not to mention it has a great story especially as a sequel which takes a whole new direction and having a custom character with the story fits and the way the custom character's moves are given are balanced I respect your statement as an opinion but not as a fact Def Jam FFNY is far better (but you can definitely say Urban Reign is better than Def Jam Icon, almost any game within that genre is)

@@mechaman5000 urban reign is not a classical beat em up, it's a perfect balance between fighting and beat em up games. I have played the game 2 times on very hard difficulty and its harder then any def jam fight ever. Combos are on point for people who now how to use them, and every move except specials can be countered. Only a person that has no clue about how deep urban reign is can tell def jam is better. It is an amazing fighter and its not based on 1v1 altough you are playing a team match,i mean your opponent could grapple your pal all day and you cant do nothing to save him because there are invi frames and in urban reign it actually takes skill to use invi frames
