Bought the Steeda spring alone aaaand like he said my oem plastic perch piece broke so now I have to order the steeda spring with the perch LOL

Not sure if I’ve misunderstood but, as far as I can see, this spring does not help the pedal to return, but rather it assists in the depression process. I may be wrong about this and, if so, would appreciate some guidance. Thanks for the video!

You misunderstood. It gives linear, and lighter pressure as it returns instead of heavy pressure making it return faster

i think my mk2 focus st is resting on its engagement point aswell the pedal is low and instantly disengages when pressing on it. is this confirmed to be a spring issue? i just brought it today and thought it was quite odd but didnt think to much of it cause the 2 xr5s i checked out had the same thing
