Thanks for this! It got me a solid start with my clubs as soon as I unwrapped them. My only regret is not ordering any pairs. I sure hope at some point you add more club videos. I like your teaching style.

Thank you very much for stopping by ! The best way work with Steel Clubs is to start light enough to respect how the weight distribution creates different requirements to safely handle it. Moving 2kg very well will bring more benefit than moving "heavier" clubs with less intentional control and awareness!

@@WhiteLionAthletics, I got the Onnit 5lb clubs about a month ago. They're awesome! I'm a surfer, so the shoulder warmups are perfect.
