Beginner friendly Steel Mace Flow Tutorial with Coach Lea
I can't believe I am uploading this video as Victoria is about to begin Lockdown #6. Unplanned but to be honest I think more people knowing and practicing this flow may help the good vibes and manifest the end of this lockdown!! (I mean, it couldn't hurt!!)
This flow was born in September 2020, and was the flow taught at the very first IN PERSON Steel Mace Flow class held in Melbourne, after months of meeting online for class, we were finally out able to meet for a face to face session.
