The opposite happened to us two years ago. One of the family put around 15 liters of petrol into our 1.8 TDDi Endura Ford Focus. It ran for more than 40 kilometres, but once we shut it off, we could not get it to start again. After cleaning out the tank, the car worked fine, and it works fine even to this day. No problems whatsoever.

Schuim is inderdaad niet voor eeuwig, maar de waterpomp draait aardig hard rond, zie het als hard met je biertje schudden, zolang je schud (waterpomp draait) blijf er schuim ontwikkelen. Probeer alleen maar te zeggen dat er niks leuks gaat gebeuren. Motor raakt overhit, einde verhaal.

Shocks but no springs would just slowly bottom out when the car is removed from the jack, then it would be much like it was in this video but lower to the ground. Gravity may cause the wheels to extend from the car if it jumps in the air but I cannot imagine much would happen.

Deze as is altijd direct verbonden met de motor. Wanneer de motor draait, dan draaien de koppelingssegmenten en grijpen ze aan in de achtervelg. Het werkt net als een remtrommel.

Dan lanceer je je auto iets de lucht in en klap je met de auto weer hard terug op het wegdek. Dat is hetzelfde als hard over een schans rijden. Maar zonder vering en schokdempers zou ik het niet proberen. Dat kan zeer fout aflopen, want je hebt totaal geen controle over de auto.

Dat zal hetzelfde zijn als deze video met de steigerpijpen? Dan staat ‘ie gewoon constant op de bodem van de schokdempers. Misschien dat de wielen omlaag zakken in kuilen, maar niet met genoeg druk om meer grip te krijgen.
