Used to work on Merlo telehandlers for a dealer , 50 - 50 love hate lovely to drive hatefull to work on .... parts are an unreal price ... keep the struggle real !!

I don’t know anything about your struggle bus, but on my Old Ford Focus, once I kept getting ‘Boot Open’, interior lights would stay on, and Brake warning light come on, and it was to plugs that go into the fusebox had worked loose. But other people who’ve had similar also say check for corrosion on fusebox and give a good clean with electrical contact cleaner.

The Mercedes pickups have ceased production a year or so ago in favour of electric cars unfortunately. I see more and more merlo on farms but don’t think they’re up there with the jcb, manitou. Couple I know of, the hydraulic pump whines like bloody hell and it’s normal
