@@truehoomanhere6230 I do my bun with my mullet, so I'll tell you how. Get a lot of pins to lay back your shorter hair, don't make it too high or too low so all the hair can go in, and when you tie it in your elastic, open the tuft like a flower and out another elastic to fold it in half, then tie it down with pins. That's how it's been working for me for months

What about just braiding it into cornrows and turning it into a braided bun, or just a braided ponytail and put it into a braided bun, or yk, french buns can work with curly hair; a “ballet” hairstyle is just ur hair up and one that won’t get in ur face, just look up updo tutorials for ur hair type, it’s that simple. Plus, use pins.

my room doesn't have a lot of space, so if I use a chair as a barre I don't have enough room to dance. Well, I found a solution by accident. One year I go camera holder arm/pole/whatever (its meant to mount a camera over a desk) for my birthday, and it gets to just the perfect height, I screw it to my bedframe so it's very sturdy, and when you 90 degree angle the top you get like 20 to 30 centimeters of barre, and it feels like a real barre, since its a nice round shape, much more comfy than a chair, and it takes almost no space, but feels more secure.

If you're looking for pointe shoes, you should really go to a fitter, but regular slippers, the Capezio Lily is great for dancers of all levels!
