Born in 1979 and originally from Castelmartini in Tuscany, Enrico Bartolini is the only chef in the history of the Michelin Guide to have been awarded four stars at the same time, including two for his eponymous restaurant at the MUDEC Museum of Cultures in Milan. Thanks to a highly individual and entrepreneurial approach, he is forging an ever greater reputation in the world of fine dining. On his latest project, he will curate the exclusive fine-dining experience in the Sindalah Yacht Club by STEFANO RICCI.
