Why do you & everyone in Tennis not mention Stefanos Tsitsipas ' 2 major injuries in 2023? Right shoulder injury after Aussie Open Finals - winning 10-1 singles matches, 3-0 mixed doubles matches & 1-1 doubles matches in Australia at Aussie Open & United Cup plus winning 2-0 singles matches at Davis Cup in Athens, Greece right after AO 2023... Stef could barely play in Rotterdam & Indian Wells / Miami & pulled out of Acapulco. Had a good claycourt season but confidence was still lacking. Also Low Back Injury & Edema during the Asian Swing & still made his 5th straight Nitto ATP Finals in November 2023 even though he could barely walk vs Sinner & withdrew vs Rune. Ended the year as World Number 6. Barely picked up a tennis racket in the 2023 off season November - December. Spent it just rehabbing. In January 2024, Tsitsipas still could not play singles vs Jarry at United Cup & at Aussie Open singles exhibition match with Djokovic, Stef took an MTO. Kept changing his serve from platform to pinpoint to protect his back yet reached week 2 of AO. Then won Monte Carlo Masters & Barcelona Finals with a 10 match winning streak & QFs of Roland Garros. So basically Stef's bad 2024 still has him Top 8 or 9 in the 2024 ATP Race to Turin before Cincinnati & 4 SFs, 2Fs, 1 title, 4 top 10 wins & 6-7 top 20 wins so far.
