I know it takes a lot longer to edit through but having a live commentary rather than just having text on the screen makes it 10x better! keep up the great stuff!

Good advice from Apostolos, hit higher ball on serve, it works also for me🔥
@nhungtrancam32514 жыл бұрын
Crazy he does not use slice on his backhand, you can not only play spin with one handed backhand, perfect example is Federer, full responsiblity to the dad, he s the coach!
@nhungtrancam32514 жыл бұрын
The variety on your backhand make it more efficient, pefect example is Fed, otherwise, he would hit 100% spin!

Nice training Milan! Sorry if you have already done this on your channel, but I would love to see a training with Diego Schwartzman and you could analyze how he is able to perform at such a high level despite his height. Thanks in advance.

That's a really good video to do. Basically it boils down to 1) reaction time, 2) foot speed for Diego

thanks for sharing again. i am not familiar with the pro tour. do they pay you by session or hour? is it his choice to select a practice partner?
@nikosstavrianos5394 жыл бұрын
honestly they might not pay him at all apart from hotel and transport, so many guys that play at a high level want to be hitting partners with the pros just for the experience
@jerome_morrow4 жыл бұрын
I’d have to say that any self respecting pro with decent principles will happily pay for the hitting partner’s time. Everyone’s time has value and I’d hate to think any pro was so arrogant to assume the privilege of hitting with him/her was so great that the hitting partner should do it for nothing. I’m a Brit and my own observation is that Americans (with their tipping for good service culture) are the best proponents of such a principle.

You cant tell just from a few youtube videos, but i cant help thinking Tsitsipas has such a shi.. patience challenging personality.
@jerome_morrow4 жыл бұрын
Funny that, I was just thinking the same thing! He really does come across as a bit of a petulant child in his body language in the training videos. Burden of expectations, I guess.

Hey Milan, I’ve been working on adding an element to my game that I know clay courters use a lot and because I know you’ve played on clay a lot I thought I would ask your take. On my return, would it be a good idea to return the ball about 6-8 feet above the net and bring it down with spin, or would that be a bad idea on hardcourt?
@jerome_morrow4 жыл бұрын
I hope Milan gives us the benefit of his expertise. In my simple mind, that’s a good shot on any surface except against a volleying opponent, provided it has enough depth.

Any tips for hitting returns? I'm a 5.0 player and my return of serve is holding me back. Especially on my 2 handed backhand wing.
