Cross promotion is promoting a different product or service. Rebooking is exactly them booking them again for another appointment. Those two terms aren’t industry specific and you can look them up for all kinds of examples Column she explains the significance in the video but it’s the literal column assigned to each tech.

Cross promotion is when you send a customer you have, to another person in the spa for another treatment. Rebooking- let's say you had someone in for a hair cut and whilst you were cutting their hair you noticed that they needed a colour. You would re book them in to have a hair colour. I hope that makes sense. X

😢 not always its about how good u r in retail…. Main you have to be in good relations with a manager, who often very unprofessional and uneducated, but its another story
