Using ALMA, in which ESO is a partner, astronomers have for the first time found a disc around a young star outside our own galaxy. This video summarises the discovery.

I think you should mention where in the video. “… astronomers have found a disc around a young star in the Large Magellanic Cloud…”

That’s a quasar or blazar. I thought you meant a disc shaped galaxy or something.

A protoplanetary disk would perhaps have been better for the title than "stellar". It's a young star that just has been formed and the planets are still being formed

This video reports on the discovery of a disc of matter rotating around a star in another galaxy. The animation in this video illustrates this star, the surrounding disc and the emitted jets. Quasars and blazars share some similar features - such as a disc of matter rotating around a central object and protruding jets. For this reason, typical artist’s impressions of quasars and blazars may resemble the animation shown here. However, quasars and blazars are very different cosmic objects from the one we report on here (for example, they are engined by a central, supermassive black hole), and have not been featured in this video.
