I learned over time that with the right setup this gun is by far the best secondary in the game, even better than the STG44. I’ve seen this gun come up so prominently in PVP and it has quickly become my new favorite main secondary in SE5.

The scoped Sten setup is my second-favourite secondary setup, after the MP44. Slap an accurate scope and a suppressor on each and you've got two very good medium range backups, and act very well as, essentially, mid-range DMRs. In the right hands, as you said, they can take out small groups of enemies quickly and quietly. It's fantastic.

I have the night vision scope, but haven't unlocked the other scope for the Sten yet. Needless to say I'll be using it once I do.

Always enjoyed the sten, scoped smg gameplay is an underrated utility

I've been using a MP44 configured for max damage and aim stability as the Jager Sniper. It's hard to use effectively, but I really enjoy being able to engage in ranged combat without that scope glint.

@@TheFelmaster I personally prefer sneaking up on my target with the MP40, but I'm just a bit of a daredevil in this game
