I found out today that sometimes if I “fake it till I make it” through a move/moves I can’t quite get right in one routine, that later, in a different routine, I’m able to NAIL IT! I finally figured out the “up n lunge/kick/swing out” in this routine. Love it! Thank you!

Having the goal of stepping my way through the entire advanced playlist makes it extra awesome to stumble upon one I haven't done yet! And to witness 'reverse turn' become 'Wonder Woman' - particularly during Women's History Month - was the icing on the cake! This would be a great one for newbie advanced; fun & challenging but not too tricky. As a side note...some of the warmup moves made me think about how great a step mobility class would be!! 😉❤️

I boarded the Chrismobil over a year ago. When I started, I needed countless breaks, even though I was only doing basic, 12something BPM. To be able to now do an hour of fast intermediate without pausing at all is incredibly rewarding, it makes me feel strong and happy. Yes, Chris, I’m also doing your strength workouts😂 Ty for this, I really love and appreciate you❤

I loved this workout! I had to improvise and do 3 knee repeaters for the second move, I think it was was a knee turn. But I got the rest of the moves. It was fun and I felt great at the end. Thank you Chris!

That was a tough one for me. I had to take the risers out halfway through to keep going and it still kicked my butt! Do what you have to do to keep moving people! It’s ok to modify if you need to, but don’t give up! Thanks!

Great class… I would say that since including your weight classes I burn around 150 more calories when I do cardio now! On a strength training day my calorie burn throughout the day is higher. This was a great class but my legs and glutes are still on fire since the leg class I did of yours a few days ago .. might even be about 5 days ago 🤣💗🤪

This, like all your classes, was amazing. Love the choreography, energy, and music. I did notice that I would get confused in the last segment except when you called L knee cross. When I heard "knee cross" my body went to the top of the board instead of the side. This is definitely a repeat!❤
