I applied 2 days ago for APS registration by giving current status as - "Still Studying Bachelors" in the Application form, But I decided that I would apply only after my Bachelor's (ie, 5 months from now). Can I wait until I get my degree certificate in 5 months and then send my documents for verification by the same registration I did 2 days ago by mentioning I am still pursuing my bachelor's OR is it required to edit my application (from pursuing to graduate) and is it possible to update the application that I already submitted by paying 18000 Rs. I am a last year BTech student. I got my APS certificate yesterday with 7 semester transcripts. I had applied on 31st January and the documents were delivered by 4 February. This video was really helpful, these are the exact steps I followed for getting my APS certificate.

Application of APS can be done without any language exam.

Hi Bharat, I received my APS certificate with 6 semesters. There is one German university that sent me an admit letter on the condition that I submit the APS certificate verifying all 8 semesters while enrolling. So, I contacted the APS administration about this. They saying that once the APS certificate is issued it cannot be updated. I don't understand what am I supposed to do? Should I reapply for the APS certificate and send them the documents again with the last 2 semester marksheets? The enrollment deadline is April and the course begins in April. I have to at least get my APS back by Feb for the enrollment letter so that I can apply for the visa.

@@tushar3613 The issue is solved the university understood the problem and allowed the APS certificate. You cannot reapply to APS as the prufnummer gets registered to your passport.

Hey bharat. A quick question. I have APS certificate containing my 5th sem scores. Its also mentioned in the APS that I have only completed 5 semesters. Will the "5th sem thing" cause any problem during the visa process? If yes how to update it. P.S. No problem. Since you have an Indian education Certificate, you can apply for APS from India. Doesn't matter where you belong from.

We have to apply for either summer sem 2025 or winter sem 2025. Until then, we can get experience or do internships.
