It was a really helpful video and I have recieved my APS. One important thing which he missed and for anyone wondering, you do not need to send original documents, but colored photocopies of the documents (a good quality print is recommended). Also, you can attach digilocker printed documents for a smoother process (as I have sent and got verified within a period of 20 days). I personally did not gave any professor's email but it is advisable to propose one for verification of documents, in case you do not have digilocker versions.

I have a issue , please guide me. In my academics documents like Passport, Addhar card, my name was RAVAL MEET and in college document,10th,12th, my name was RAVAL MEETKUMAR. I applied for APS with my old passport and i got my name RAVAL MEET, but now i updated my all the documents and reissue passport with new name RAVAL MEETKUMAR. During APS certificate time, I have RAVAL MEETKUMAR ( Correct Name) in all the documents other than passport, but still then given me APS on my old name maybe due to passport. so I mail then more than 20 times in last 2 months and also courier all the details but they didn't respond. So should i apply for other APS certificate on my NEW PASSPORT or just go with old APS certificate ??

APS is unpractical and most inefficient verification form ...they have mailed me 3 times that my professor is not replying ....but we have personally checked the email ...its not received ..not in thrash or any other way ..i am stuck at this process ..i cant even contact them...because they threaten to cancel the process

You do not have to send any original documents to aps. It is specifically mentioned in the faq's. You just need to send them coloured photocopies of originals & make sure you take photocopies of both sides.

Recently I applied for my APS certificate on 27th april 2024. There i have submitted my provisional certificate which i got on 23 rd june 2023. I thought a provisional certificate is enough. Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query
