Michael Hampton, you are the professor who supports students the most or helps them with free things. I really thank you for your beautiful compliment on behalf of me and all those who benefited from your lessons. May you always be well, Hampton.

When you're studying from photo references of figures, are you thinking of where the horizon line is when constructing the boxes? Is this something we should consider when breaking down/studying these photos?
@stevenmichaelhampton2 ай бұрын
I don't. I mostly focus on positioning 1 or 2pt perspective boxes minus vanishing pts.

Could you do a video of you taking the end result of this video and adding muscles and skin to it? I've been trying to learn from your book and having some video to go along with the text would be really helpful,
@yaktsu5 ай бұрын
really good video, if i want to check if my boxes are in perspective, i just extend their lines to see if they are in the same point?
@stevenmichaelhampton5 ай бұрын
I'm not actually using vanishing points for most. I always double check that my lines moving in the same direction stay parallel instead.

hey Michael! so, as I understand it (as a beginner) skeleton knowledge is required to go from gesture to construction, right?
@stevenmichaelhamptonАй бұрын
I wouldn't say its required but I certainly would use the skeleton to understand construction.
