Hiya! I'm wondering if you have thoughts on how to turn the forks around. I received my Velotric Nomad with the forks installed backwards. Their customer service sent me a video on disassembling the fork but not on just turning it around. Do you have thoughts on the ease of this? Thank you!

Getting the front tire on is brutal! How do you make it look so easy?!

Thanks for watching! I try to make sure the axle nuts and washers are as lose as possible, line up the brake rotor with the gaps in the pad and get the wheel to “bottom out” in the fork, then tighten the axle nuts. Hopefully the brake rotor is pretty straight and the front brake needs minimal adjustment. Hope this helps! 👍

My front wheel is clicking against the black brake system box on the bike and I’m not sure how to fix it??

Thanks for watching! It’s probably the front disk rubbing against the brake pads in the caliper. The caliper has two bolts holding it to the front fork. If you turn the e-bike upside down or hold the front wheel off the ground and spin it, you can loosen those bolts, adjust the caliper until there is no more noise, then tighten it. Hope this helps! 👍
