How do I unlock the speed on nomad 1

Please follow these steps: 1. Make sure your bike is turned off. 2. Long press the power button and the "+" button simultaneously for 20 seconds. 3. The screen will light up, and you will enter the speed adjustment mode. 4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the maximum speed. The adjustable range is between 32-40 km/h. 5. Press the power button to save the setting and exit the mode.

How do i connect nomad 1 with the app ?

Please be aware that our bikes are shipped with the speed limit of 20 mph in order to comply with the Class 2 regulations. If you unlock the speed of the bike, you'll need to check with your local laws regarding Class 3 e-bike vehicles.

I just received my nomad, the rear brake light does not work with the brake lever as you are showing …. False advertising on that part!

Our Velotric Nomad 1's taillight does have a brake light function, so there might be an issue with this feature on your new bike, and we sincerely apologize for that.
