அருமையான பதிவு. நான் தற்போது 85 கிலோ எடை இருக்கிறேன். 170 செமீ. நாங்கள் அதிகமாக சாதம் டீ ரொட்டி சப்பாதி இட்லி தோசை சாப்பிடுகிறோம். நான் எடை குறைக்க விரும்பினாலும் மற்ற தோழிகள் சாதம் குழம்பு கூட்டு என சாப்பிடும் போது நானும் அதிகமாக சாப்பிட்டு விடுகிறேன். உருளைக்கிழங்கு வறுவல் அடிக்கடி செய்கிறோம் ரவை உப்புமாவும் அடிக்கடி செய்கிறோம். அனைவரும் ஒன்றாக இருப்பதால் அவர்கள் சமைப்பதை மறுக்க முடியவில்லை. எனக்கென தனியாக சமைத்து சாப்பிடுவதும் கடினம். எனக்கு அடி முதுகில் வலி ஏற்படுகிறது. உட்காரும் போதும் எழும் போதும் வலிக்கிறது. உணவு கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருந்தால் இரண்டு நாட்களில் தோழிகள் சாப்பிடும் போது எனக்கு கட்டுப்பாடாக இருக்க முடியாத அளவு பசிக்கிறது. சாதத்தின் அளவை குறைத்து உண்டு பார்த்தேன் நள்ளிரவில் பசிக்கிறது. இதை எப்படி சரி செய்து எடை குறைப்பது என கூறுங்கள் சகோதரி. நன்றி.

I like the way your explained step by step. We need persistant & discipline & control of our diet & exercises. Exercises should include warm up, walking or running or playing basket ball & others. Goal target n achievement very important. Keep it up your good job. Thanks
