I just started tai chi a couple months in NYC Sara D Roosevelt Park with some old timers. Even though I have a first degree BB in taekwondo, many movements are new to me. I got some tough love from one gentlemen this week during the outdoor class. He shook his head at me and said "not good" 3 times. I appreciate your videos and hope to study this art more. Thank you!

Thank you! I spent about a year learning this form over 20 years ago and forgotten most of it. Now suffering chronic pain, I am delighted to rediscover this beautiful art of movement. I will be practicing every day, thank you for sharing your knowledge and craft 🙏

Where the principles of Taiji are? Movement arise from dan tien not from arms, hand or legs. Yin Yang flowing connot be felt if the plant of the feet completely touch the ground before start moving ahead.
