Great form not easy although only 5 minutes aprox theres a lot of training required to perform that form I know ive been trying for years mainly Yang style and Bagua and some Xingyi with the exelant BCCMA instructors over the years is that Barnet in N London ? It looks familiar thamk you

I am a bit late to the video. I am so glad to have finally found beautifully executed and clear movements whilst each detail is patiently explained. I cannot find a class where I live, but I do think I will fully learn and with time master Tai Chi 24 form. Thank you so much for sharing.

How do I perfect the moves at 4:38? I thought Elvis was good at that kind of pelvis shaking, but I realise now that Tai Chi certainly put the pelvis in Elvis...
