Questions: Can we do more than 6 repeats for each brocade? Are there a suitable number of repeats? 2nd Question- what is the idea no of time to practise this Qigong? Oncve or twice etc? 3th Question - what is the suitable time of the day to practise this Qigong. Last question - As this Ba Duan Jin routine involved physical movement, breathing..what about visualisation of Qi movement or points whilst in motion. For example, the first routine as we move our hand, shld we not visual the Qi flowing to our ba hui median point from the cosmic etc..

It would be great if you also instructed on the breathing. With out the breathing it is a waste of time doing this exercise
