Hallo Ronell, CAPsMAN Function is up to Version 6.11 and higher. Please use the newest version 6.32.2 because there is also CAPsMAN v2 available...

Hey Jonathan, Great tutorial. I was wondering if you could help me out though... I followed every step you did in your video (I am using a RB2011 as my router and manager, then I was trying to setupt a RBcAP2n and a RBmAP2n as CAP clients. I was able to get them to the point where it says that the wlan is managed by CAPsMAN however it never shows up in the interface list or any other tab in the CAPsMan window on my router and it never says that it is "CAPsMAN Forwarding on the clients" Any Idea what I could be doing wrong here?

Bryan Chenault Hey, I had the same problem today. I managed to fix it by installing the wireless-cm2 package. Just google for it, like: wireless-cm-6.[version] mipsbe(or other).

hello! I am new to mikrotik i just have noticed that the capsman option in my mikrotik rb2011 is missing. I think I have seen it before in the menu but now its gone.. How can i bring the option back.. thanks!

capsman, i m using this but if any AP going tu restart the AP removed tu capsman and set the default settings, some times AP not restart but its aslo go tu default setting. What this problems??

Still very complicated Compared to UBNT controller based solution , matter of plug and play and everything is perfectly fine .

jeah UBNT its more for beginners, if its something wrong there you cannot really find what is it. its just black box. Mikrotik could tell you much more what is happening there.

This tutorial will not work properly. The bridge should has DHCP Server and Masquerade in Firewall. I think a lot of people quits from that tutorial because you configurate well, but you didnt test it, because it wouldn't work
