Thank you for the feedback! However when running a business, the goal is to have people call you for that information so that you can convert those people into clients. The other issue is that prices and incentives change every month. So to get the most accurate information, you would need to call anyway. My channel is more of a fun thing I do on the side of running my company. I’m positive it will be a success but I wouldn’t want to get there with having wrong info on my videos that I would have to change every month. 😊

Yes this is in the northwest area. The builder is offering at this time around $25,000 in cash back that you can use towards closing costs, lowering the sales price, or buying down the interest rate. 😊

@@surindersondhi-u3c depending on the pricing for the home, figure 3.5% of the sales price will be your down payment. So a home at 300k would be $10,500 downpayment. A home at 400k would be $13,500 down payment
