Kelly you are the best!!!!! I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I love your class. It is hard class but it forces me to the music is great and I love your moves. I love the step classes

No I can't as I use copyrighted music. I change my music with every class I teach. You can shazam the songs as they play and get which songs I used then put together your own playlist. :)

well I managed to make it to 30 minutes this time then almost twisted my ankle not paying close enough attention to the bench because of trying to watch the footwork..sadly I think the footwork on this one is just too complicated for me =(

Kelly Adkison eh, just my pride was hurt but that's what I get for trying to pay closer attention to what your feet were doing than what my own were doing. Fortunately at 46, I'm finally getting better at accepting my limitations so while I'm bummed I couldn't get through it, I'd rather pass & avoid any injuries that might limit future workouts

I suspect this is a routine one should already be fairly familiar with before doing as the choreography changed so fast, I wasn't able to really get the footwork down before something new was added. kinda bummed I on;ly made it 18 minutes before deciding to go find a little easier to follow routine as I could feel myself get frustrated instead of sweaty

Actually no one is familiar with my routines as I make them up as I turn the music on. This is one of my regular step classes and moves quickly. I have several basic step classes on youtube as well. Perhaps you would like one of those better. :)

how correct you are! I did find one of your more basic routines & loved it! I think I just need to practice your stepping style in the more basic routines first since that around the world stuff throws me off a bit & then I'm tackling this bitch again because I just hate walking away from a workout in defeat & the foot work on this one definitely defeated me >.
