Jordy i think my friend that it could give a good result if you made just a rought 3d model of your's by make it from your phone and then just adding some waves simulations and a nice chrome texture with high reflection and some your room HDRI environment to make it feel more good and then just by adding your reflection will make it movie level

even without making in 3d you can use your charecter as a displacement map and play with settings and add some wves as disaplacement texture or simply use cc radiowaves or cc caustics to generate a good wave texture in the mirror and make the texture of mirror highly shiny in order to acheive good result. then just add a masked and -x scaled copy of environment and reflection of yours. and that's it || I hope you enjoyed the video guys.
