Stephanie I don't blame you one bit even when I want to get music I go to iTunes and pay the few dollars for my music I don't steal them for free and as well as watch all the adds on your show and all the others on You Tube after all as you pointed out we get it for free and nothing in life is really free some how some way someone does pay. It is a shame that there are so many people that do this and they would scream holy hell if someone did the same to them at their job or how ever they make their living. Keep cook and filming and I'll be there watching with you both. Thanks for all the many hours of fun and recipes that you have given us. I too am big on weighing everything by scales and the use of metric measurements both in my baking and cabinet making and I live in California. I lived 12 years in France and one of my uncles was a boulanger and had his own boulangerie and I learned a lot from him too.
