I can’t believe I’ve missed this video. I am glad that I take showers warm showers and that’s the same temp I wash my hair.

It took me two months for me to finally watch this. Comfortably warm is PERFECT! I take very hot showers, but I lower the temperature to warm to wash my hair. Thank you so much for the update! I do follow you on Instagram, so I've known some of what is going on. I hope you can make more videos!

My theory is that, if it's not hot enough to scald my skin, it won't damage my hair. 😌

Unlike hair, your skins barrier that protects it doesn’t open up and expose all the important components that make it healthy or unhealthy when it gets wet. Hair and skin do share some properties, but their method of protection is not one of them. Hair can definitely be damaged by water that is hot but not scalding.
