I used to be a slave to food, but then I realized that most of it was mental desires for food and now I hardly ever think about food since my physical desires are almost nonexistent or necessary some days. Now I sometimes eat one meal a day, or one day off and I eat the next day one meal. It's amazing how much "hunger" is mental desire and not physical necessity. I can tell you don’t deprive yourself anymore with the way you react to your food. You don’t close your eyes or roll them to the back of your head and there isn’t that “urgency”. As entertaining as that was back in the day, this is obviously a lot healthier for you. So happy for you!

Chelsey Helleksen at least this troll has some manners, so out of character! I agree with you, Stephanie’s not driven by mental hunger anymore but is still enjoying her food. It’s wonderful to see how far she’s come. Even her decision to eat the donuts somewhere else; if she were still experiencing the binge/restrict cycle I’m sure her instinct would be to tune everything out and just eat the donuts as quickly as possible.

Arturas Pučėta she’s a very smart woman and has done her research. You don’t know her metabolism and obviously she isn’t obese and will not be. Those with obesity probably eat a lot more than that and don’t move their bodies. Stephanie is very active. Arturas Pučėta I can’t believe the amount of idiotic people who think she is obese. Please, educate yourself. You have a universe of information at your fingertips. If you don’t know what obesity is, please, do not go around calling people obese. She does NOT have a BMI of 30, or nowhere near it. If you want to promote eating disorders and being underweight go somewhere else. An underweight, malnourished body is no perfect. It’s so stupid that you put “beauty” over being healthy and happy. I rather FEEL good than miserable and harming my body to fit the standard of a random dude on the internet that has no idea of what health is. Wow, imagine thinking that feeling miserable is better than being healthy and happy. In what world do you live in?

With all of the creative content now available out there and Stephanie’s contributions, I think more of us should view, comment, and reflect on her content beyond the superficial. Yes, she is beautiful, smart, physically strong, funny, and entertaining. Beyond that, she encounters struggles and strife and handles it with frankness and tact. While she is optimistic and hopeful, she acknowledges the negative thoughts and emotions we can all have and shows her journey along the way. These videos based on diet and eating out are entertaining, but those segments where we see the actual person beyond the fun color and flavor is who we should encourage and want to bond with. I hope you feel safe sharing as you have been doing more lately as it’s clear to see you’re a fantastic person, Stephanie. All the best to you.

Believe it or not, the key to stopping a cycle of overeating and resteicting is to eat regularly. You might think that you'll gain more weight but everything will balance out and the urge to overeat will slowly go away and you'll get normal hunder cues. Taking that first step is hard because a lot of people haven't eaten normally in a long time but it will work out.

I went "all in" about 2 months ago & its already been an emotional experience. I've struggled with an ED since I was 16 & then justified it when I did bodybuilding & powerlifting by turning my ED into a strict "healthy eating" diet. It controlled my life & I missed out on so many moments. In November I finally went to the Dr because I no longer felt like home in my own body, so that's when I started doing research on how to fix my body & your videos are ones I came across & I'm eternally grateful. You have no effing idea how much of a difference you're making. I've soaked up your journey & the days I'm doubting this "all in" experience I just watch your videos & they lift my spirits. Keep doing what you're doing & F the haters that don't understand it. You're by far doing the right thing & I look forward to reaching a point that you're at in your journey. All the love to you Stephanie!

Hmmm, I kinda ate like this for the biggest part of my life. Changed it up a bit roughly two years ago, more healthy stuff, focussing on unprocessed foods, and less treats. Feeling quite alot better now, both in terms of physical capability and looks. Took me a couple weeks though to get used to the reduced amount of sugar, salt and flavor potentiators. Guess this shows that everybody has to find his/her own path and there is not one perfect approach that suits everybody. From my impression, Stephanie found a good way for herself, and it's quite exciting to see where it will get her. :)

Hey, Stephanie, I saw your "All in" journey and I wanted to say that I am really happy for you. Most people trying to lose weight to look what they call ''skinny'' or ''normal'' without noticing that this is not healthy (to compare yourself etc.). I just love to see that you can encourage people to take their health on a different level, mostly their mind. Love seeing you so happy, you look really well, grateful and happy, soo sexy too. I really wish more people saw this journey and take notice of what really matters! Thank you for sharing all of it with us and proved that trendings on social medias are not even close to happiness and healthiness. How you see yourself, how you love yourself and how it affects you mind is what really matters. ❤️

You inspired me to recover from my ed and showed me that gaining weight is normal when my metabolism is recovering. These days I don't force myself to eat less, rather I eat a normal amount just like anyone else and it feels so good to be freed from the restrains of calories and numbers. I also found that I genuinely enjoy healthy food over junk food, but I learnt to not suppress my cravings in fear of gaining weight. I learnt to have a balance between healthy eating and occasional unhealthy snacks.

I have so loved following your journey and after getting a little too lean- and finding myself dreaming of food, I’ve switched over to intuitive eating and I not only saw my workouts and my booty improve but I’m so much happier. Just wanted to thank you for sharing your journey. All of it. You are incredibly inspiring.

So I didn’t have the same exact issues as you, but decided to give the ‘all in’ strategy a try anyway. I was hungry most of the time, even during and after eating a full meal, but I would eat so quickly that I never really had a chance to enjoy the food. So I’ve been listening to my hunger cues and giving myself what my body wants and I feel so much more fulfilled. I’m not sure if my energy levels have changed but I’m definitely happier and less grumpy, and I can finally focus on things that aren’t just ‘im so hungry omg.’ I think the most surprising thing though, is that I haven’t gained any weight. If anything I’ve actually lost some??? I’ve always felt like my body just likes being the weight I am as I’ve never been able to successfully lose or gain, no matter what I tried, but I was never happy with the amount of ‘fluff’ I had. My stomach finally has moved past that bloated lower belly look and feeling and I’m thrilled about that. So thank you for bringing this to my attention haha, who knew bodies were capable of figuring shit out on their own when they’re actually given what they need??

Dear Stephanie. I don't normally comment on KZbin videos but I went from being unhealty and not working out to skinny in the course of a year, in which I lost over 40kilos in 2016. I was super obsessed with every single calorie I put in that I even avoided eating out with friends with the fear of being "fat again". This obsession continued till 2017, maintaining that weight for me was unsustainable. Since April 2018 I gained weight when I moved, and was so scared to post full body pictures on social media cause of fear of people's comments, but I trained throughout my weight gain process. Its 2020 and I am 15kilos heavier than i was in 2017, but I am less critical of my body because of you. I train with just a sports bra on at my heaviest in 3 years, and love me even more, I eat what I love and dont restrict. Thank you you have inspired me❤ love you steph from South Africa

I love how everyone is policing her diet. She's on vacation. She knows her metabolism. She knows what's she's doing and she knows her own body. You don't. Don't tell her what to do or eat like she's on 600 pound life. She isn't overweight, she's far from it. You histeric fitness fanatics need to get body dismorphia checked out, look at her instagram, she's gorgous and curvy, not obese. Edit: re-wording and spelling.
@BobSmith-wn2sc5 жыл бұрын
Well I mean technically she's obese. 33%+ body fat is considered obese. EDIT: YES 33% BODYFAT FOR WOMEN IS CONSIDERED OBESE. JUST GOOGLE IT. NOT BMI. BMI is not accurate for people with any significant amount of muscle mass. BODYFAT. AND OTHER REPLIES SAID IM JUDGING HER WHICH IM NOT. JUST STATING THE MEDICAL DEFINITION OF OBESE. Let's take Stephanie's DEXA scan video. Her weight was 117lbs at 16.6% Bodyfat. I'll lay out some math for you simple minded folk. On one of her Instagram posts she states she is up 40lbs. That would be ~157lbs. For her to reach 33% Bodyfat, her weight would be ~145lbs, which she is well over. And don't say "well she gained a lot of muscle toooooo!" When you're as experienced in training as her, you don't put on any significant amount of muscle mass like when you're a beginner. Especially in that short time frame. She is obese. Case settled. She's still freaking hot, and I'd still smash.

I thank God for that since prayer has been an important part of this process..

I would love to see a video with you and Jeff talking in depth about his perspective on your journey! With questions such as, “How did/does he handle seeing you eat so much food, while he’s eating and training differently?” “Did he end up having more cheat meals than he would have from being with you during your All In?” “How have you(Stephanie) changed through this from his perspective?” Love your videos!!💛

Hey Steph! Thak you from the bottom of my heart for showing us all what true confidence and happiness looks like. I can't put in words how helpful and inspirational seeing your all in process has been; how it motivates me to approach life with a healthier relationship with food. I feel like we all get so caught up in the physical and aesthetic-focused mindsets that we forget to live....with nothing to actually show for it but frustration. So what I mean is; thanks for being you. You're beautiful. Valued. And an exemplary real model. Keep it up boo
