Hello, what yarn are you using? I am using bernat handicrafter medium 4 cotton and a 3.5 hook and my boote is coming out way bigger than yours. Super cute though, your instructions are awesome!!!

I am using #4 100% Acrylic. I think it was Impeccable by Loops and Threads. I am learning that all yarn is different (even when the numbers are the same) and even the way we crochet. I crochet quite tight. Maybe try a lighter weight #3 yarn next time. Good Luck and thank you for the compliment. 😊

I crochet quite tight. Mine came out probably a 3-6 months. Maybe try a finer yarn (and smaller hook)for smaller. It definitely seems like different yarns make a size difference.

Thank you. I am glad you enjoyed it. I actually crochet with quite a tight tension, (bad habit maybe). Maybe try a smaller yarn or just a tighter tension. My finished bootie sole is 4"(10cm) and Bootie height is 3.5" (9cm). I would say they could fit anywhere from 6-12 months.I also have very long hands. Haha. Maybe they just look smaller in my hands. Thanks for the feedback.

The sole measures about 4" or 10 cm in length. I would say this could be anywhere from 1 month to 9 months. Depending on your yarn and your tension, sizes will vary, as well as baby feet. Have fun crocheting them.

I don't have for that size. I think if you made for a child that is walking, you would have to put some kind of grip on the sole. If you want to make bigger, maybe try a bigger size hook and heavier weight yarn.

I do not know exactly what part you are asking about but, the last row, before making the tongue should have 28 stitches. There is a decrease in the toe, but then it is sc, sc, then another decrease. I think if your last row has 28 stitches you can move forward. I hope that helps.😃

The second row should be 36. I typed the wrong number in. I put the corrections the description, sorry you did not see it. My hands in the video are doing the correct stitches. 2 Sc in the first stitch=2 2 Sc in the next stitch=2 9 Sc=9 2 Sc in each of the next 5 = 10 9 Sc=9 2 sc in the next stitch = 2 2 Sc in the last stitch=2 Total 36

Probably just the yarn. The yarn I used was very fine. I find that even though it says medium weight #4, its all different. Maybe just try a finer yarn and a smaller hook. I hope that helps.

I like hard for me someone a beginner but just when you thought you were done with one step there is another and then another hahaha did not fancy trick you did at the end with the shoelace That's the last straw I can't do it it will be a simple brown lace

Je viens de l'essayer et cela a fonctionné. Essayez l '"option". Il traduira ma voix en français.

What colors of yarn are you using?

I do not have the exact yarn anymore. Sorry. The main colour is Lion Brand- Vanna's Choice. I will be sure to start making a note of this in the future. If I find it again, I will let you know. The contrasting trim colours were Loops and Thread - Impeccable (those ones were just basic colours).
