I was born and worked in Greenwich where Stephen lived at the time. I’ve always been a big fan of On the buses. When I was at school I had a pt time job in a grocers in Greenwich and Stephen came in . I didn’t recognise him at first but my boss knew him and told me who he was. Stephen did Blakey for me and told me to get the bus out ! . I’ll never forget that. What a lovely man he was to his fans and very well spoken . RIP Stephen.
