Thank you Stephen. I have only been listening to your stories for about three months. However in that time, I've been able to get my sleep schedule back on track. I have a routine. That in turn has led me to starting my day off with more energy and I am able to have better days as well. I want you to know, that during the relaxation section, the part about gratitude, I always have gratitude for you. Gratitude that you have been led down the path that you have been led down in order to reach the place you had reached to start this channel. To write the stories . I love this. Reminds never f when my daughter and I would go for high tea at a special tea shop here in the US. It was a special celebration and perfect memory. I know this is different but it triggered a beautiful memory. Thank you.

Hi Stephen listened to this one while back didn't get very far fell asleep listened again..can't believe what you were saying..I met a German friend in London when I lived there for 2 year's... she took me to Notting hill one day to a small coffee shop which was lovely, a couple holding hands were there , gazing at each other , also an antique shop , we looked at same day, saw some beautiful rings, wondered too who owned them long ago... And I lived in Marylebone too at that time, she took me to a museum too isn't that strange, can't remember which one but we cried when we saw a beautiful large painting of a couple when young then in same portrait like the end of their days , can't remember the artist it brought back memories, so many things you spoke about was just like my time there...
