Thanks... as you indicated the TXSP pass is well worth it. You save the daily vehicle park access fees but also receive 50% of your second consecutive night camping fee. 3 two night stays is typically the break even.

Washington on the Brazos is considered the Birthplace of Texas. San Felipe de Austin is credited with being the first organized town in Tejas and the colonial Capital. Considering the park was under 7 feet of water 6 years ago, the roads look great. Thank you for your thoughtful review. Cheers.
