I will never forget when an uncle of Stephen Miller went public to talk about the fact that their family came to the United States after a pogrom in eastern Europe that killed many relatives of their family. So Steven Miller is the beneficiary of our earlier immigration policies. This particular uncle also worked with people who were fleeing religious persecution. And he was very ashamed of what his nephew was doing. Whenever Miller comes up in the news, I always remember that story.
