I was about 9 or 10 in SLC ut, we would run around being jedi’s or something with towels tied around our necks… there was this dude with a new Corvette in the complex, playing pool, playing Round and Round out of every speaker! I first heard Round and Round on my way to moving to Los Angeles in the car, 4 years out of high school from Idaho. I thought, "what was that??" I got goose bumps into the guitar solo in unison. I bought the album immediately, and bought it 2 times later from wearing it out. Great memories.

he said some stuff that I felt because I have been there. not on their level but never the less experienced it and that is when he knew it was pretty much the end. you dont want to admit it because you worked hard to get to a place but then in time it runs its course. Chemistry changes because people change as they get older and its hard to have those magical moments that are necessary to make something special. it takes almost a miracle to be able to get personalities to get together and try and get that mojo going in order to put something out without wanting to kill each other. I think over thinking is a factor that causes unnecessary pressure . getting and keeping a band together is not easy . its good to see they can put to stuff and have things that fans would love to hear from those days that haven't been heard.

Stephen's great, yada yada yada, but I have to hand it to his lady, Christy.....She, like Sharon O or Wendy Dio, is the force behind Pearcy's latest 'come back'...She's behind him, pushing him to get out and tour, release products etc. I'm a long time fan and have always wondered why the Poison's and Crue's of the world have a crap ton of re release's of vinyl, but Ratt doesn't. Now, thanks in large part to her, we have these great releases now. And as a vinyl fan, its appreciated. Thanks Christy for pushing him to get out and mix it up with us.....I can finally start adding new vinyl to my collection and see him at local gigs....

I'm buying it!! My first Ratt record was the EP, which had been out for 3 years but I found it in a shop where it had been sitting, ignored. I rescued it and still have it! Instantly hooked to the band after that!

Ratt like a few other bands from the 80’s has very strong staying power even today. But there are only a few that do the songs justice today and Ratt and Stephen and his current line up are one of them. Great sounding band playing classic Ratt songs! People still crave hearing those songs from that era.

I’ve always found it a strange coincidence that there was an earlier demo that shares it name with a later full-length Studio LP. If it ever get to Australia, suffice to say I’ll be purchasing it. Still won’t be a reunion ever because Robbin’s up in Rock n Roll heaven and Warren to my knowledge at least, still has no interest in reuniting with the remains. I may’ve not lived through it but I strive to keep the memories of great bands such as Ratt alive.

The egos of these 80’s superstars is unreal. To once be on top of the world and to fall so hard. At least a few are very well off financially but so many got nothing but old stories. Stephen looks like he did ok but no where near the financial success of Nikki Sixx, Bon Jovi, or Axl Rose. It’s a shame because at one time Ratt was just as big as any band out there.

Box sets are really dumb and about every band has copied the idea let's take the same music that we did in the 80s and throw in some two cent junk and charge people ridiculous money I bought the CD in the 80s because the cassette didn't last but that's it vinyl gets scratched it's finished so cds is actually the best I know cds gets scratched too but they last alot longer box sets just a scam
