Happy Boxing Day Stephen and team, thanks for this tutorial, it's especially useful for colour placement as I'm team stash and using lace weight yarns in place of the mohair. So excited to be knitting my first Hiberknits knit along (Go-Go Dynamo was my first MKAL and the best thing I've ever knit, so far😊).

Mohair is too itchy for me. Would this pattern work with using fingering weight yarns for the CCs too?

Lace - Garn in hübschen Farben geht auch sehr gut. Mit 100g = 1000m zum Beispiel. Als Beilauffaden hält es nebenher auch die Struktur. Mohair ist zwar schön weich in der Hand, mir aber am Hals auch zu kribbelig.

It's a gorgeous shawl, but.... I'm mohair sensitive & this seems to be mohair dependent. 😢 I wish it was optional like the other shawls have been.
