mine is the size and shape of a small chicken leg. i never noticed until lifting weights in front of the bathroom mirror. It makes the bones make a clicking noise noise when a weight is lifted in a certain range.It's so painless i've never noticed it before but suspect it started with aging..These videos never tell you WHY!!

Most doctors I've seen are less than mediocre people. I have number 1 or 2. Something atraumatic anyway. He told me I could have a surgery if I started to have pain but, as you see in the video, the standard treatment is conservative.
