Kisi bhi laboratory ya machine (or other testing tools) ki ek limit hoti hai. Yaani is limit se neeche agar kuchh hai to ye testing tools or machine usko dekh nahin sakte. Aam taur par LoQ limits bahut chhoti hoti hain. Matlab agar koi cheez below LoQ hai to 2 baaten true hain: 1. Tested substance itna kam hai ki machine ya testing mechanism usko dekh hi nahin sakta hai. 2. Human consumption ke liye safe hai kyunki below LoQ ka matlab hai almost negligible. Ek example aur dekhiye: Lead ek prohibited heavy metal hai. FSSAI limits ke hisaab se 0.12 mg per day se ziyada lead consume karna health hazard ho sakta hai. Magar labs ki LOQ limits 0.05 mg tak jaati hain. Iska matlab agar kisi food component me Lead ki testing par below LOQ aata hai to matlab lead isme 0.05mg se kam hai (jo ki obviously FSSAI safe limits ke andar hoga). Ab wo kitna kam hai, 0.04 hai ya 0.01 hai ya bilkul 0.00 hai…ye exactly dekh paana testing tools/mechanisms ke bas ke baahar hai. Isse neeche ki testing mumkin hi nahin hai.
