Steve Hunter is one of the BEST. His solo on the front end of Aerosmith's cover of Train Kept a Rollin' is ICONIC. There's not one wasted, misplaced lick or phrasing of notes. It is an absolte masterpiece of guitar playing and is extremely hard to play perfectly. Shame it took so long for him to get the credit he so deserved for it but that's how it is when you're a session player.

2:48 That's "Andy's" Guitar Shop on Denmark Street (Tin Pan Alley) in London, although it is now called "Hanks". I spent so much time hanging round the Guitar shops in Denmark Street during the late 80s and early 90s I'm surprised I'm not in this clip ! 😅 The incredible Pete Haycock (RIP) at 5:51

Holy.... Molly....... was this ACTUALLY filed at 24fps? Strange, since live TV in the States was normally 30. Anyway, much thanks. I am a huge fan of IRS's late 80s output, particularly the short lived instrumental line. Cutting Edge will never be released in full because certain people are too evil.
