My Jack Brisco story - i was like 5-6 years old in '70-'71, my family was eating at Morrisons Restaurant in Tallahassee. I went to the crapper, sitting there doing my business when someone entered the stall next to me. I blurt out, " Hi! What's your name?" I heard a chuckle and a familiar voice (!) replied, " Jack, Jack Briscoe." I was a wrestling fan and Jack was my hero, " The heavyweight champion?!?" I gasped, " Huh! Yep! " came the slightly surprised reply - I was flabbergasted. Unfortunately it took me a few to finish and by the time I had he had exited. I ran out of the restroom and I saw him ( it WAS him!!!) disappear around the corner back into the dining area but it was too late to try to talk to him. I was still floored having seen him! That was my first encounter with a celebrity! Lol 😁👍

Jack Brisco is a heck of a mentor. It would have been an honor to meet him.

Heck ya!! Love listening to Steve kiern. Loved watching the fabs and his Florida stuff. Good choice of people to interview

The awesome thing about these interviews is that the stories that get saved from time. I think of all the old timers that died back before all the internet stuff. All those stories are lost forever. That totally sucks. Could you imagine someone interviewing Owen hart or Andre on shows like this. This show and jim Cornette are my two favorites. I do wish Cornette would do more story telling now days instead of telling us how bad modern wrestling is and reviewing the matches. Dutch needs to try and get him on here as a guest. That would be great. Of course this is the opinion of a 80's kid that discovered mma and girls in the early 90's. I imagine alot of people do still watch this new stuff and enjoy it because of their younger age and to each his own. Crap I like classical music and the rest of my family and friends hate it. Basically the whole opinion and butthole thing. What's your opinion on what is better these great stories from the past or watching modern wrestling? I come in peace no argument with me no matter your opinion.
