The fact that he could even make it as a footballer in the first place is unreal, i dont agree with ale on anything but he said it perfectly on how football was dele's way of escaping the hardship he was goin thru as a child but football no longer offer that security he once had ,it made perfect sense how ale summed it up

It's a sad example of our culture that people think it's always a matter of money and fame. Those aren't the things that are central to being a human being. It's about emotional health, a sense of meaning, family, love, health and a sense of belonging in community and the world. Glad to see it discussed on this show.

Mental health issue is the most silient killer among most men because the kind of people like you. Obviously traumatic experiences when he was a kid. That said, he went on to win two young player of the year awards for spurs. I suspect that his lifestyle choices were the main destructive elements to his career
