Good video. That top cap is also a common source of oil seepage. It would end up on the head fins and you'll be wondering where it's coming from.

Why do you loosen the cylinder head bolts, before you torque them, Just torque them, and put the parts back. Anyway you only need to to tighten it after having had the head off.

Have you ever done a video on fork seals.I have a 96 California with leaking seals is it something I could do myself. Guzzi mechanics are rare in Spain. Regards Lawrence (Spain) .

I have a 1972 el dorado and I’m trying to bring it back to life 😅 I’m still new to motorcycle mechanics and I was wondering where does the voltage regulator goes/location and to what is connected 🙏 please help and thank you in advance!!!

Do you recommend the 6 and 8 valve gap on injected bikes? I've always went 4 and 6. Enjoyed the vid Steve.

I've never heard of loosening then retorqueing anything that asks for a torque check . Did I hear you right ?
@AndyMihalich-ht1to Жыл бұрын
Can't you just wiggle the cylinder and see if it needs re-torqued?

I have been looking for some info with my 1976 850 t. I had valve noise at idle. I just did the valves no I only have noise valve when you increase RPM. Anything I should check. Also it is only coming from the right head.

Can you do a video on each of your bikes? The rattier the better. Be interesting to see what you ride, like the carpenter always having the worst house.🤣
