What paint do you use on the case/motor? I'm going to paint mine when the spring arrives. Great to see all the nice restorations and builds you have done. I believe the bigbore kit on my bike is from you. I bought the bike from the second owner after the engine rebuild(was done by an engine workshop in Norway).

fin troppo bene, come tutti i loro lavori. il blocco motore ed il cambio sabbiati, con quell'effetto opaco, non si possono vedere. stessa cosa per i ceppi dei freni. @@scottp7587

Did you not forget to tell people the 2 bottom bolt in the rear bearing should be mounted with a little silicone, to make sure the oil does not run out, into the clutch housing.

Having that cutting torch trimmed that close to the case makes me nervous. That aluminum will melt in a heartbeat. I know you know what you are doing. I like knipex tools too!

When you were talking about the distributor being lubed, you forgot to put in the felt in the middle.

Do you put a used oil pump in. 😡 I stopped watching here, because you do not Seem to know what you are doing.

If you measure the components and they are within spec, there is no need to replace them. Without knowing anything at all about the bike, the components may not be showing appreciable wear. I have rebuilt numerous engines and I always refer to manufacturer specifications as well as being aware of the general condition of the individual components. These guys are very specialized and I am sure they forget more stuff about these engines than I know.
