Very inciteful interview. He has much emotional baggage from the past. I hope he can resolve things in his own mind and take back the power those that hurt him have over him - still. Been there done that! Forgiving someone that will never acknowledge their part in a matter is necessary to regain your power. They aren't spending one sleepless night over what happened but Steve is consumed with it. He is obviously a very sensitive, loving person. I hope he can forgive and get back to his life.

Steve is great but needs to take back the power he has give to people who obviously don't care like he does. I would love to hear him do more stuff like "I Stand Alone" and more solo stuff. He made Journey famous - he can do it on his own. First time I heard Journey and his voice I wondered "why is this guy in a band?" He has an awesome voice, and he should peform solo.

I'm not too sure...i think it was around 2005, because in the interview he says the first video he did was 24 years ago, which i think was 1981. (dont hold me to that...lol)

Wow, I had read this interview online a long time ago, but now I actually get to hear steve saying it! Much preferred Aw Steve, I love you! Even if you never put out an album again and I sincerely hope that one day soon you and "the guys" will get to a point where you can be good friends again
