“My Dad recently turned our home gym into a yoga studio”... Oh man, the terrible feels I got when I heard that. I’m so sorry for your loss...

This really made me laugh. The clear out did get me focusing back on the basics and standing up a lot more performing silver era exercises :) All the best with your training

you are a genius. This is so simple yet so effective. In our days we are all so obsessed by complexity and technology that we should be ashamed. This is great, effective and affordable for everyone. Thank you for sharing this!

That's fantastic. Great work. I like how you just turn it over and get different angles. And how you designed the seat to go in.

a hole in each side for the seat, and there is an incline bench with three different angles
@jeltef31903 жыл бұрын
I would doubt if that would be sturdy enough for heavier loads. Yet a great idea! U could also make it flat, and then 2 or 3 steps. I don't know to explain that tho.

Would it be correct to cut the longest board about whatever height you are, then the other ones accordingly? Thanks, That bench is simple and effective.

Would you be able to bench heavy weight with this?
@louisjamesactor3 жыл бұрын
I have used 25kg dumbbells and it has held up well. It was built to allow me to maintain some upper chest gains whilst on lockdown, alongside pressing, so form and mind muscle connection took priority over poundage. Thanks for watching :)

I think that the length will change depends on how tall you are. You should pick a height that is correct based your size
