See how Steve got full results from a "half-assed effort" - gmb.io/steve-e/
With a serious shoulder injury, Steve had to be really careful and listen to his body. He only followed about 30% of Elements, but he fully rehabbed his shoulder. See how.

You don't always have to put in 100% to get 100%. Steve proves that listening to your body, and using exercises specifically chosen to strengthen, mobilize, and improve overall movement quality can have a huge impact.

Incredible story. Elements is an excellent training and Ryan is a great instructor. It's helping my many upper body injuries, too.

Thanks for a very clear and honest testimonial. I am currently doing the Elements programme and am in my 3rd week. I am a Strength and Conditioning coach who has trained through different programmes and approaches. I support your view that the progressive way you go at your own pace and ability in a well structured set of exercises is refreshing. I am really enjoying the exercise and how it is helping with impingements and restrictions I have experienced over the years.

I am also on week 3, despite having bought it almost a year ago. ;) It's a fantastic programme. I just need to be more disciplined and see it through. I'm already reaping the benefits.

Thank you for such an inspiring, empowering, and honest video. This gives me hope that through following the program and using these bodyweight movements, I can also rehab my shoulders and have more confidence in doing my favorite exercises without fear of injury. I love that this can be done at home without equipment with movements that are extremely functional, natural and fun! Much love

Rehab is such a complicated process sometimes, it's nice to know you can find enjoyable and effective exercise that's not going to cause problems. Just take it slow and listen to your body, and if you need help, don't be a strange.r

@@gmbfit Thank you so much! Your approach is refreshing, empowering, and intuitive. I really appreciate that you take the ego out of it by encouraging and supporting healthy, slow and steady progress instead of the "Go hard or go home" approach that has led to countless injuries and probably ends up discouraging and defeating more people than it helps. Thanks again for sharing your extensive experience, passion, and dedication to helping teach and empower individuals to move in ways that are deeply healing and nourishing to the mind, body and soul!

I like this testimonial! Well one question arises... Elements, as I understand it is comprised of bear, monkey and frogger. Now whats about pulling and bridging exercises (posterior chain)? what do you teach people about that to have balanced training?
@gmbfit
@gmbfit 6 жыл бұрын
There are bridging exercises and there is pulling in Elements. The pulling just comes in a different form other than traditional pull-ups. ;-)

I don't own it yet but crab activates scapular depressors like a deadlift, as do any movements resembling a side-plank. The range of motion isn't identical but it's still activating those muscles.
