Here after the broncos draft Franklin and Nix 🔥🔥🔥🔥
@notsosilentmajority16 ай бұрын
Steve Smith Sr. has always been one of my favorite receivers and I respect his analysis of any receiver, whether they are in college or in the NFL. Smith had the heart of a lion and seeing someone with his talent breaking down other receivers is getting expert advice from an expert. I like Troy Franklin and think he will do more than just be a speed guy on the Broncos. Franklin's familiarity with Bo Nix may be a big asset for both of them, especially early on. I'm looking forward to watching both Troy Franklin and Bo Nix playing together in the NFL. Go Broncos!!!!

@@thatfantasynetwork132 it’s definitely not top heavy this might be the deepest wr class of all time. I can count 6 guys who can be number 1 options on playoff teams. And other guys who will contribute majorly right away
@thatfantasynetwork1328 ай бұрын
@@Mokuteke “it’s definitely not top heavy..” then goes on to say it 6 #1s lol wouldn’t that be too heavy? Anyways there’s only 3 stud WRs! The most of the others you probably like are fake-alphas…like Brian Thomas, AD Mitchell. And Keon Coleman. But I don’t want to waste my words arguing over the unseen, so check back on a year or two…Worthy, Franklin, and McConkey should be fine though.

"... and his weekness... is speed" I know I'm listening to someone who knows what they're talking about when they see the nuance in this. Both you and @Thinking Football brought this point up and it can 100% be a challenge to overcome (i.e. requiring too many steps to cut or fake a corner and not being able to stop on a dime consistently).

These "analysts" talk about what somebody needs to "work on," but the issue is team fit. Will a team use him in the way that got him to the NFL to start? These guys are always compared to unicorns. Franklin had 81 receptions, 1383 yards, and 14 TDs last year. Oregon maximized what he did well. That is what you do with every player. He might be in the perfect position in Denver with Bo Nix. What was Randy Moss' "accessory"? He was blazing fast and athletic. It got him to the Hall of Fame. He "struggled" to get off the line and with his route running according to Mel Kiper Jr when he got drafted. Who cares? Just throw the ball up.
