Hmmm, Steve was limited by PC Hardware both storage and RAM, while other characters in fiction only eats storage as images or videos. Game characters are inherently different from written characters (Cartoons, Anime, Manga and LN). In terms of amount of effort to be made by real human, Games were more complex than Storytelling. Meanwhile, Chat AI is both game and storytelling, simulating story with data.

Wanna say a few things. The 3 dimensions are limited by a world border but then passing beyond the world border the world becomes more jagged and destroyed. (Basically the far lands) There was a guy that reached infinity coordinates and nothing seemed to register. (I forgot who it was but I remember it being a far lands video.) Also the infinite enchantments is limited by 255 levels using vanilla commands. Also the April fools updates introduced a vast number of new dimension which would theoretically hold infinite space (without the world border)
