I started watching you in 2017. You and Camping with Steve are the two Steve’s I credit with inspiring me to get where I am today. Y’all were the first KZbinrs I started watching. I started on your content - and the algorithm decided I must like camping and outdoors stuff. So they started pushing Camping with Steve. Between the two of you, my love for adventure and camping was born. Through that, I discovered backpacking. Now I’ve hiked in every state except Alaska and am training for the PCT. Every now and then when I see these videos in my recommended it just reminds me of what I was doing in 2017 and how much my life has changed for the better - a change that might not have happened if I never stumbled across your videos (or if KZbin decided to recommend me people like Logan Paul instead of you - which could have very well happened)

I had menu 24 Southwestern beef and black beans today. The sliced apples in spiced sauce is one of the best things I've had in an MRE. Great show as always.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving, Been watching these for years and looks like the more older rations tried to feed you a bunch of fat and more modern rations are trying to serve you a more balanced diet. I guess that has a lot to do with how you could store fruits and vegetable's but I like the more modern rations

Been watching since June 2017 and man this channel is the only thing I can watch that's closest to ASMR/mukbang.

10:30 Those are amazing for breakfast, and yes, they are best when cold, if you heat them they get kinda weird due to melted gelatin. In Poland we call them konserwy and you have looots of types of them(big chunks, pate, pork, chicken, mix meat etc), and as far as I know most of eastern Europe countries make them too, as they are cheap as its just lump of meat in a can. And they are not that bad as people think, as its really just meat, some spices, gelatin and basic, mostly natural preservatives. Its weird that we dont see that more often as its HUGE moral booster.

Aw yeah! More MRE's with Steve! Love this channel, excellent content year after year and the most drama that ever comes up is all of us wondering how long until Steve uploads again!

Nice ... Just finished my UN 24 hour ration dessert of apple bun with plum jam and some hot chocolate and then steve pops up... Couldn't get any better. Steve if you see this, you gotta check out the current UN 24 hour ration, the accessory pack is incredible.

The military should consult this man on their rations with all his experience. He knows what works and what does not. After all, an army marches on it's stomach! Cheers!
@JButt-11 ай бұрын
It’s more about how the food keeps you functioning in your role in the military, not so much everything else. Unless Steve served, no idea why they would use him as a consultant…just a dude enjoying strange food.
